I wanted to get my little sister to have fun in baking.
We decided to bake a batch of rat cookies, where she can assist me. She is known as my little helper. =)
Indeed, the effect is very good. The cookies are not the crunchy type, but a soft chewy kind, which is suitable for both children and eldery.
Ingredients
180g salted butter (brand: Buttercup)
80-100g horlicks, depending on preference
200g cake flour/top flour
30g cornflour
30g milk powder
Koko crunch (for the ears)
Chocolate chips (for the eyes and mouth)
Note: To prevent the koko crunch from turning soft, pls store the cookies in an airtight container as soon as the cookies have cooled down.

I am blessed to know many good cooks and bakers who have kindly and generously shared their receipes. I have also attended workshops and researched extensively to further improvise and tweaked on these receipes so that they become my very own creation. =) Over the years, many friends have asked me to set up my own bakery shop since I have so much enthusiasm and passion for it. I hesitated for awhile before I decide to set up a blog and hopefully to start my own business, with a store front in the near future.
